The Friends and Practice always appreciate any donation you feel you would like to make and welcome any suggestions on how you think money could be spent.
Cash and cheque donations in an envelope can be posted in the Book Money post box in either surgery. If you are a UK tax payer and complete the form below with your donation, we will be able to claim an additional 20% on top of your donation.
The funds raised are used to purchase equipment and items for the surgeries and enables us to organise free health talks and other health & well being related community events.

BOOK SALES and Other ITEMS
In both surgeries we have a selection of pre-loved paperback books these are very reasonably priced and raise money for the day to day administration costs. This also allows us to dedicate any donations purely to the purchase of equipment to benefit all patients.
From time to time we have other items for sale such as hand made cards, jewellery made by our talented patients and donated this helps to boost our funds. We are grateful to those patients who make items for us.
